£75 Cashback confirmation email not recieved

Hello

My Broadband went live on 16 Dec 19 after joining on the Black Friday Event price which included a £75 Cashback. No email to say how to claim the Cashback has been received so far (also checked in junk folder)

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi @anmel,

 

Sorry you haven't had a claim email. I've updated a ticket on your account to resolve this for you here. The cashback should be with you in 10 days (but this will be in the form of a cheque).

Hi there

I am still awaiting cheque which should have arrived by now?  My concerns are that you may have posted it out to the wrong address (this happened with the router from yourselves).which was posted to the wrong town.
