£75 Cashback Offer

Signed up through PlusNet website with £75 cashback offer.  Service went live on 20/08/19 and told cashback verification email will be sent within 10 days - not received any emails.  When will I receive cashback?

Can you check your spam/junk mailboxes as it is not uncommon for the email to end up in there.

We've checked into the account and can confirm that the redemption email was sent to yourself on 27/08, to the email address that we've used to send you order notifications, etc.

Have you received any other emails from us in relation to your services?

Have received emails regarding order updates / services / broadband speeds etc but nothing on that date regarding redemption.

Could you please resend redemption email?

Thank you for confirming that you've been able to receive other emails from us, I'm very sorry that the cashback redemption email didn't reach you. We're not able to re send the email but I have asked our marketing team to redeem your offer and send your cashback reward due to you not receiving the email. I will be in touch once I've received an update from them, which should be within the next 5-10 working days.
