£75 Cashback - No Email?

Hi,

My services with Plusnet went live on 08th November 2018

However I have not received any confirmation about my £75 cashback cheque? This was the main reason I choose this provider.

When I placed the order the agent also logged this via the order process and can be viewed by Question #182971424 on my account.

Can someone please review and advise when this will get processed?

I have received my cashback through the post. Thanks for looking into this matter.

However my Dad who also had his service go live the same date as mine hasn't received his.

Could you work your magic and give the Marketing Team a nudge pleaseas you did with mine? He has a ticket raised already which you can escalate if that helps - Question 184698139
