£75 Cashback NOT received after 4 weeks -Please help!

Hi there,
 
I have been with you since I since I went live on the 27/02/2020 where when I signed up there was a £75 cashback to receive. I have not has any e-mail / post nor contacting regarding this £75. When will I receive it? I have been check my inbox & spam box daily but to no avail. Please help.
