£75 Cashback Date

I signed up for unlimited fibre with the £75 cashback offer on 14/2 and haven't heard anything about the cashback yet. 

Could you tell me when I will receive it?

Apologies for the delayed response. I've taken a look into your account today and I can see that the cashback offer is valid and email has been sent to the email address you've provided us. The email was sent on 26/02/2020 at 00:03. Please let us know if you've not received this email and we'll be happy to redeem the cashback offer on your behalf.
