Could someone please confirm whether the email to redeem the voucher is due to be sent within 10 days or 30 days of activation? I'm getting conflicting messages from Plusnet customer advisors.

Apologies, have found the answer here: https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/faqs/cashback-and-vouchers/#not-received although some customer advisors seem to be confusing the cashback and gift certificate process.
