I did this broadband and it said I would get a £70 card. Been 6wks now and nothing. Just spoken to somebody at Plusnet and he claimed I did a different deal. Absolutely not the case. He said as I have screenshots of the deal he would email me straight away and I could reply to the email with my screenshots. Had no email. I’ve enclosed the screenshots clearly showing the time and date and the screenshot. I imagine Plusnet do this a lot to entice people and then claim some issue doesn’t qualify. Lucky for me I did screenshots at the time. Can somebody sort this out or cancel my contract and I’ll go with a company that doesn’t false advertise.
