£70 reward card not received

Hi,

I've yet to receive the £70 reward card that was offered on sighup. I went active at the beginning of the month on the 06/08/25.

Any ideas what's happening? I've kept an eye on the spam and junk folders and haven't seen anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you have not received the reward card yet, having reviewed the information I can confirm that the claiming link was sent to you a little while ago, please check your inbox/junk/spam folders for an email from 
no-reply@plusnetrewards.com( I also sent you a separate email with the date the email was sent to you to make it easier to find).
