I signed up for Plusnet on the basis that the monthly offer, plus the offer of £70 cashback, made it marginally cheaper than Vodafone over the course of the contract. I raised the order and the cashback was tracked.
Plusnet, being incompetent, botched my install. I had to wait 6 weeks while they raised a new account to get the installation fixed. This means that, unsurprisingly, the cashback is no longer tracked on the new account and the claim has been rejected.
Of course, in the meantime Plusnet have managed to botch the billing of my account (although to be fair it was rectified within 24 hours of raising the issue).
Please could somebody look back to the original account I raised via Quidco and arrange to have the cashback claim accepted?

With regards the initial delay - at no point was the account itself cancelled (the order was, but not the account) and so you should have no problem at all in claiming your cashback. Are Quidco asking you for evidence that you did indeed sign up?
