Was just wondering why I'm still paying this amount? It's pretty poor value when you have a look around at what's out there.
I thought you was commited to providing value for money or is that just to new customers?

Because you didn't change to one of the newer products
Also I assume you have set your preferences to not receiving marketing emails from Plusnet which told you about them

However - is your phone with Plusnet
If it isn't then there is a £2.50 monthly surcharge and also the move to the new products involves a 12 month contract
However - if you have the phone with Plusnet then I suggest phoning the Customer Options Team who may well offer you a decent discount on the headline prices
