6 dd payments in December, only 1 refunded.

I raised a question on 15th December about six identical direct debits charged in December.  Last week you finally managed to refund one of them.
Can someone please take a look at this, and figure out my billing, no one on the ticket desk seems to be able to read the question.Question #78589235

I'd recommend contacting your bank asap and claiming back the other 4 payments so you're not out of pocket while PN sort this out!

It's a small amount as I only have an email subs £1.06 per month, but still extremely annoying that they can't get it right
Even after I notified them of the error, they can't get the refund right. 
I don't want to invoke the DD guarantee for such a small amount.
