I asked for a break down on the above bill 4/5 days ago, I got a reply stating I'd used 20GB more than I was allowed and at £5.00 for 5GB that = £20.00.
That's all I got nothing about the other £32.00 - I'm not stupid, I know I went over the 10 Gig allowed and taking that into account I still think I've been over charged.
While I haven't paid the bill (YET) I can't get into my account to check where the other miney was spent so I am forced to raise a ticket and wait.
Meanwhile I can't get into my e/mail, or e/bay where I earn the money to pay the Bills - Due to restrictions. this speed is of no use to me. If I have switch over to my Dongle, the next time I use BROAD BAND it will be with a diffrent ISP.

If your broadband connection means that much to you, it might be worth swapping to Extra, for +£5.
Rather than getting 5GB for £5, You'd then end up with another 50GB per month to use.
Regards
