£50 reward

Hi, 

After recently purchasing your unlimited Fibre packaged I still haven't received an email to claim the £50 reward offered to me on signing up.

I spent 40 minutes on the phone on Wednesday evening to eventually be told I would be contacted on Thursday (spoke to [CSA Removed]).

I am still waiting for the call back and the expected answer time today is 30 minutes. Unfortunately I cannot spend so much time chasing the reward by phone.

Please can you advise when I will receive the £50 cashback I was offered?
