£50 reward card

Hi,

I signed up 21/01/2024 via the website and it advertised £50 reward card. Yesterday the install was *finally* done and activated (have yet to test though...)

When will I receive the £50 reward card? I have evidence of a screenshot that the offer included this...

So it sounds like wait for the Plusnet Reward email. It doesn't appear to suggest how long that may take post activation, do you know?

I believe its 10 days after service activation

Well I was activated on the 18th Jan, so it might be longer than that.

@unjoking I assume you've checked its not gone to Spam ?

Failing that, you could either call Customer services or wait for a staff member to pick up this thread.

I'll give it til the 18th then if it's not come through call CS.
