Just to let everyone know that some good news . My cheque for £50 arrived on Friday. Which was about two weeks from when Mads posted that they had sent a cheque out. 

Hopefully anyone who has read my post will find this useful.

I am having the same issues.  Tried calling Customer support today and gave up after 40 minutes waiting.

Please can someone look into why I havent received my £50 cashback email.

I'm sorry that you've not yet received your cashback redemption email and for the wait times that you experienced when you tried to call us about this.


I can see that it has been over 14 days since your services were activated so I have escalated this to our marketing team. I should receive a response from this team within the next seven days. Once I have this update I'll contact you via ticket on your account and you'll also receive a notification of this via email.

@fsdada, as per the ticket it can take up to 14 days to receive this. Please get back to us on 07/12 so we can chase this for you.

I'm also a new Plusnet Broadband customer who signed up with the £75 cashback offer. It's been more than 10 working days and I haven't received any email. Could you please follow this up for me?
