The timescales for cashback and other relevant cashback information are contained in the Cashback FAQ's here. This information is available to the general public and can be accessed and read prior to signing up for any deal that includes cashback.

It does state in the terms that an email about the cashback should be received in 10 working days which that hasnt happened

Can you just resend the email you say on your FAQs you send within 10 days of my service being live? It’s 6 days now since I let you know that i’ve Not received it.

Thanks but that didn't answer my question. There was no affiliate code, you phoned me and asked if I wanted to switch from BT to Plusnet with the promise if £50 cashback. So you're saying there is no record of this? You were quote happy to set up the broadband and take over the line.

Thanks very much! It was a callback from the website at the time of seeing the offer. I entered my number and a representative called me back to take me through the switch offer

Hi,

 

I am in a similar position, I haven't received the email about the cashback card. I have checked the mailbox and spam box but nothing. I signed up on the 17/10/18.

 

Any Ideas?
