Just wondering, has anyone actually received this? was this just a ploy to move over hoping you get fed up of waiting

broadband was switched on on the 8th November

Seems plusnet are wriggling out of paying it. Apparently you're mean to receive an email within 10 working days. It's been 10 working days and no email. Nothing in junk folder.
