£50 cashback late

Hi,
I completed the form for my £50 cashback reward on the 20th February and its now the 1st April and have not received anything, tried calling the support number on the cashback FAQ and there was a huge queue and long wait so couldn't get to speak to anyone.  How do I go about finding out when I will receive this cashback as it was one of the reasons I chose Plusnet over other providers.

Unfortunately delays have affected some of the cashback cheques through February/March, however I've checked your account and we're expecting your cheque to arrive at the end of next week.
If you've still not received the cheque next week, please let us know so we can chase that up for you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delay.
