£50 cashback from Aug14

Hi,
Just realised I haven't got my cash back for the order from Aug yet. Can someone from Plusnet have a look at this please.
I do have the screenshot taken on completing the order which shows the cash back offer in case you need it.

Was this cashback from Plusnet or an order via one of the other sites that give cashback.? I didn't think Plusnet was giving cashback direct themselves that long ago.

I did order direct  from Plusnet. The order page showed something like monthly cost + a £50 cash back.

Everything appears to have been recorded on our side, but it seems to be a third party that is sending out the cash back. I'd ask that you contact them directly. If you want further details, feel free to raise a ticket on your account and we'll advise further.
