£50 cashback cheque NOT received

I signed up for both phone and fibre broadband with the promise of £50.00 cashback, I received and replied to the cashback e-mail on the 11th March 2015, I was told the cheque would arrive within 30 days which it hasn't,
I Quote,
: "Cashback offers - within 30 days of clicking the link you'll receive a cheque through the post. This will be in the name of the account holder, sent to the address on your account. "
Could you please chase this up as a priority?

I was told by Plusnet the cheque had been posted "shortly after the bank holiday" (Easter) it did arrive today 22nd April 2015 but was dated for 15th April 2015 so clearly it wasn't posted when they say but shortly after I asked it's whereabouts.

Mine arrived yesterday afternoon too, the 22nd April.
