£50 cash back

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I think I'm yet another person who missed out on cash back offer.  I joined plusnet on 9th June I think account was activated on around 19th June.  Could someone at plusnet look into this for me or tell me who to raise it with?

I've checked your account, the £50 cashback offer is not eligible on our fibre products. So unfortunately you don't qualify for the cashback offer.

Shame, thanks for checking anyway.  I hadn't realised that fibre wasn't included, oh well
