Services were connected on the 4th Feb 2016 I was told by email I would recieve my cashback by the 25thMarch today is the 7th April and I am still waiting WHAT A JOKE!

Give them a call or speak to them on live chat. We had to do the same as they didn't even send it out? so without chasing them up, they'll just forgot about it and fob you off Huh
