£50 Cashback on renewal of contract

I renewed my contract with Plusnet but have not received my email with any details or acknowledgement of the £50 Cashback. How can I get someone to let me know the status of this as I am unable to speak to anyone?

hi there, thank you for reaching out. Please be advised that it can take up to 28 days for you to receive the email in which you can claim the Cashback. I can see that this has been applied to the account, and the email should be sent soon.
