I signed up for broadband with the £50 cashback offer advertised on the 24th March 2018.
The service was activated on the 11th April 2018 but I have not yet received the email detailing how to claim the cashback. It was my understanding that this would be received within 10 days of activation.
We send the cashback redemption emails out within the 10 working days following activation. By my reckoning we're on the 8th working day today but do let me know if it doesn't turn up within the due time!
