£50 Cashback offer no email arrived.

Hi Plusnet.

       Signed up for broadband and phone deal on the 4/10/2018 have still not received cashback e mail for £50.00 cheque claim.Checked spam trash folders no e mail too date.Service up and running.Can you chase this up please.
