£50 Cashback offer - email not received

Hi - My service started in April and i signed up for the £50 cashback offer. I followed a link from a comparison site but used the plusnet website to sign up.

I have been reading that i should receive an email within 10 days of activation? ? I have checked all spam/junk folder and nothing.

How long will it be until i receive this? The £50 cashback offer was what swayed me to join Plusnet so i am keen to receive what was advertised. 

Any help anybody can give is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm new here and have the same problem in that I haven't received an email to claim my £50 cashback. I signed up on the Plusnet website, 11th July 2018.

Apart from that my move from BT to Plusnet seems to have gone very smoothly, which I am relieved about as I have been with BT 'forever' and was nervous about moving after so many years
