£50 Cashback - How Do I Claim?

Hi,

I have taken out your broadband & phone services after seeing a £50 cashback offer on Compare the Market. Once directed to the PlusNet website, there was also an image showing the £50 cashback offer with a timer to the offer expiring on 21st August 2017. I have attached screenshots of the websites, taken on Monday 14th August 2017.

After continuing through the set up and payment, there hasn't been a mention of the £50. How do I claim and receive this?
