£50 Cashback Due

Hi,

I claimed a £50.00 cashback on 24-12-17 and had a confirmation email but no cashback yet.

The phone number given on the Cashback help page -  https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/faqs/cashback-and-vouchers/#when-do-i-receive  - of 0800 652 6581 is no longing working.
