£40 reward card -
Activated my service over 2 weeks ago.
Still no acknowledgement of a reward card and have emailed customer services, to no avail.
Should I wait longer, or is a usual scenario?

There is no email address for Customer Service hence the lack of response. The only recognised means of contact are telephone, the forum, Facebook and Twitter You may want to wait for a response from a staffer to your post or try one of the approved means of contact.
