£4 added to phone call features with out me knowing

I like to check my plusnet account on a regular basis also signed to receive information emails on current issues on plusnets system ,yesterday I noticed £4 was added to my call features on my phone account with out me knowing , i phoned the call centre to be told that it was a glitch with system due to the new business account opening and that ALL ACCOUNTS were affected by this
      It appears that I was not the only one phoning about it  ,i was also told it would be resolved as a matter of urgency 
Then why o why is there no apparent information via email  or message on your site , Having worked in the service industry I was told to give the customer as much information about problems/issues to stop people phoning in a gumming up the works.
    so information is key you could have let us know via email  to save your call centre having unessesary phone calls

It is on our service status page, we posted the first one about this yesterday. The issue should actually now be resolved, sorry you were affected.
