30 day contracts

Hi,

When and why did Plusnet get rid of their 1 month contracts - this was a really good USP and seems it has gone Sad

Thanks

Re: 30 day contracts

I don't understand they're still there. When your specially negotiated long  term contract (with discount) runs out it reverts to monthly Huh

Re: 30 day contracts

I think all major providers do this after when the long term contract runs out it goes to a rolling contract.

I was referring to when Plusnet used to do monthly contracts

The good old days, I'm assuming this advert is referring to monthly contracts instead of annual

Fix

Hi NorthEasterner,

This option is still available to have a non contract. You will find this in the contract section on the confirm your choice page when signing up. This can be seen in the example picture below : example.png
