3 days have been and gone! Plusnet staff required please

I renewed my contract last Friday 12th January, I asked if I could also have the latest Hub one router as the one I have is the old 582n from 4 years back! I was told that it would be with me within three working days! I have just come in from work after four working days and there is still no sign of the router!!!

 

I have tried to call but nobody is picking up and I now need to go out. Can a staff member check to see what is going on please?

Well you renewed your contract before you have your router,

and once PN had their money.......

Fix

Well I got back home earlier than anticipated and tried them again, the router is now on order and no charge at all for router/delivery Smiley

 

I'd say that's good CS myself Wink
