3+ Months of Issues, promised compensation but not received.
I had constant drops for 3+ months plus. Sometimes 10+ times a day (see example attached). Which is now resolved (Touch wood!!)
I had previously requested compensation via phone to which I was told they would but I needed to wait until it was resolved first.
This compensation has never materialised oddly enough. Can you please arrange for someone to sort this for me please as I shouldn't have to now chase something that was promised.
The full issue can be found on question ID #176678280 where you can see the evidence of constant dropouts and the 4+ Month long process. Including 4/5+ engineer visits. The issue had been ongoing around since I joined in May.
