2ND ROUTER ARRIVED

Hi - whilst waiting for my BB to be connected I checked out the router and there was no power light. (Tried several sockets, all with the same result.) I contacted customer services and they sent out a new one. Before it arrived, I put the first one back into its box. In doing so, I noticed that the slide-in three pin plug points panel on the back of it, wasn't properly seated. Once I sorted it - the router worked. The second router has now arrived along with a return postage bag. As it's difficult for me to get to the post office (I am in sheltered housing) would it be possible for Plusnet to just bill me for the second router? (If not - I will have to wait until my daughter next visits and ask her to go to the post office for me but that may be some time as her car's off the road at the moment). Thanks - Terri :-)

How long until your daughter is due to visit if you don't mind me asking?
