There is a banner ad for this on my login page. I can select it and get to another page, however whenever I press the "Start your order" button here, I get an "oops, something seems to have gone wrong" error message and I cannot get past this.

Any ideas how I can proceed with the offer?

Existing (which is why I have a login page😀) I see this upgrade offer (for 18 months renewal of contract) every time I login to my account. I cannot seem to get it to work though.
