25 pounds cash back

I signed up to plus net in may with a 25 cash back our service started and was activated on 2nd july and i've heard nothing about it ?
What should i be doing ?

I have chased this up for you, you don't need to do anything, you will receive you cheque in the post within the next fortnight.
