£25 cashback - how long to wait?

Hi

My Broadband went live around 12th August.

I haven't received a form to fill out to claim the £25 cashback that was part of the deal that persuaded me to sign up to Plusnet.

Please can you advise on when I will receive this email?

Hi there, 

I'm sorry if this disappoints but I can see that the promotional code used means that the offer you have entitles you to broadband at a discounted rate for 18 months rather than as a cashback offer.
