2 weeks until installation - am I getting charged for these weeks with no access

As per title, am I going to get billed for these 2 weeks from today until the earliest installation date of 16/17/18th?

nope - your billing starts from the activation date although it may be in two parts if the phone and broadband are on different dates

It seems I have been billed already for my initial payment. I'm guessing it's the date of the direct debit will be ammended to tie in with activation date?
