hi I joined plusnet on the 14th of October, and paid £22.99 straight away
this was for broadband ,line rental and anytime calls
now I have another bill for the period 28/10/15-28/11/15?
are you telling me I had to pay £22.99 for the period from the 14th October to the 28th of October for just 14 days useage?
and now have to pay another bill?

Can you let me know where this bill is showing? I can't find any reference to it on your account and the next billing date is set for 1 month from today based on the account activating today.

yeah having looked further into it on my account I can see it states next bill on the 28th nov
its just when I logged in and saw bill period 28th oct to 28th nov I assumed it was due already, my bad
