2 Payments taken at once!

good evening . i paid online on the 26th . the first time the payment site bugged out and failed . i theirfore did the payment again . i checked my bank this evening and the first payment did go trough even when it says it didnt and it says the first payment when the site bugged is still in clearing!. please refund this!

went to see the bank and the non usable payment will be on its way back to me friday . cheers anyway
