1st bill error, please take a look...

My first proper bill is ready but I see that I have been charged for Caller Display whereas I was offered this as a free option due to previous problems setting things up.
Please refer to ticket #61615675.

Caller display will show on the itemised invoice, however this *has* been discounted. Matt amended the discount amount to cover the additional 99p for this.
