15% VAT Rate not shown on Credit Notes

My Credit Notes for the referrals are not showing the VAT Rate, ie there is nothing after "VAT Amount @"
This appears to be the case from the change to 15%, however, before that the line just read "VAT Amount"
Our accountant has pointed out that legally the VAT rate must be shown!
All calculations are correct, it's just the wording of the template that needs changing...

Can you email me a screengrab of the invoice please?
From our internal system, the credit for your referrals seems to be displaying VAT.

First from the normal web page, then from the Print format... 
"15%" should be shown after the "@"
