123 number

I've just received my new bill & noticed a call to 123  for 0 minutes charged at 50p !

we don't use landline for outgoing calls as we have free unlimited landline calls on our mobiles

It's a common problem - lazy Openreach and contractor technicians using peoples' lines to test for spare pairs.

A Plusnet staffer will see this post and arrange a refund, though in the current crisis it may take longer than usual.
