12 month Broadband up soon, can I switch to rolling monthlies, If so what do I need to do?

I need to switch to a month to month basis as we have a new fibre company in the area [that I've already signed up to], but the date is still unconfirmed (MAR-MAY some time). Obviously it would be silly to sign up to plusnet again for another year, so I'm hoping someone can help me.

The 12 months is up sometime in march, so i'm assuming it's a matter of calling and explaining? Thanks.

You don't need to do anything if you are out of contract. You will just be  charged the full rate and you can leave at any time.
