£117 for cancelation charge eh!

Having moved my parents account across to the new packages for their billing date last week I have just checked their account details to check all was well. I have just seen this
" 28/12/2012 - Unlimited £117.00(upon cancellation) Complete "  against their account.  Is this the amount due for the remainder of their contract and if so I trust this will decrease as the months go on.  Might be worth PN placing a helpful hint on the right in Maroon like the other helpful descriptors to explain what this charge is etc.

Yes, it sounds like the amount relates to the remainder of the contract, PM me their details through if you want me to check and make sure.

It does relate to the remaining months left on the contract and as such it does decrease as the contract comes closer to its end.
