10 weeks and still waiting

On the 1st of December I agreed a new 24 months contract on the understanding that I would receive a £75 voucher from Amazon. I only agreed to this because the voucher covered the cost of the increase in payments from my previous deal.
Despite raising tickets in December and again in January, concerning this I have still not received my voucher.
My last contact with the support team was on the 30 January from Joshua Clarke, who assured me in his reply to an outstanding question that he had sent another internal email raising the whereabouts of my voucher.
I think that after more than 10+ weeks it’s about time this was sorted out.

The reason why you have not heard anything from me is because I have not heard anything from my marketing team.
However, considering how long this is taking I have made an executive decision and you can see what I have done for you by looking at this ticket (99239152)
