1 second call to 123 has appeared on my bill?

After looking through the forum I can see that several people have had issues with a 50p charge to 123 appearing on their bill and now it has happened to me. We have never rang 123 and could not think of any reason why we do so nor have we had any line problems raised which would have an engineer working on our line. We do however have a telegraph pole at our front gate and the OR engineer is there at least once every couple of weeks doing something or other so I'll be having a word next time he appears. Can this charge be refunded please as it is definitely not something we have done.
