Hi everyone
I seen that you can pay for your broadbvand via card by calling 08451400104 now this is a great idea but the only thing is if you waiting for 15 mins before someone can take your call as its costing you so what I was thinking is kind of borrowing a idea 02 had were you dailed a 0800 number and used your keypad to put in your card details they even gave you the option to send a reciept in a text and best thing was it was automated so they was very little hanging about waiting in lines ect so yes lets put it to the vote any feedback would be welcome

Hi Ben,
Not sure if you have the wrong end of the stick but that is for a failed billing line not for actual account billing. Its for customers to pay outstanding bills by card that may have initially failed to be taken by a direct debit.
Adam.
