0345 numbers

hi, 

I'm wondering why my a/c shows a charge on two 0345 number calls, (both less tha one hour), on friday 17/01/20.

Ithought they would be included in my  anytime calls.

Thank you for the message on this issue.

I've had a look over the bill and I'm as surprised as you to see the charge being applied. As a result I have applied a credit for the same amount of these 2 calls onto your next bill.

If for any reason additional charges are incurred then please don't hesitate to let us know.
