0300 calls

As a new customer without a calls package (I use my mobile usually!), it's frustrating to find on my latest bill a charge of £2.63 to an 0300 number. It's generally recognised as a free call and used by loads of government agencies - so why must Plusnet charge?! It would even have been free on my mobile phone....! Grr!

Re: 0300 calls

I've never heard of calls to 0300 numbers being free and this website confirms that.

Re: 0300 calls

Might not always be free but generally included in most call packages BUT @Davidd does say he doesn't have a call package. And that's where the buck stops. Needs to read the contract terms and find out what is or isn't included. One reason I don't even have a phone connected to the line. No temptation or forgetfulness to come into play. Mobile all the time.

Ever helpful. Grin Sure, I’d love to help you out. Now which way did you come in?
